To be eligible for any refund you must notify us that you have received the item and then you have 7 days within which you can make any claim. Your claim will need to clearly state how the products have been misrepresented in the photographs and written descriptions. Refunds exclude your return postage costs and any relevant PayPal costs. We are also prepared to accept lay-by payments.  Please discuss this option with us before making your purchase.   To be eligible for our lay-by payment option the value of goods purchased needs to be $100 or more.  A minimum payment of $50 is required as a deposit.  Subsequent periodic payments need to be at least 25% of the purchase price and made with PayPal.  If any part payment is not made within 14 days of the due date the sale will be cancelled and 50% of the total payments already made will be refunded.  All other terms in relation to payments need to be agreed before any transaction commences.   Please contact us if you wish to use this sale option.
