BACH brand gramophone needle tin. A very scarce tin that you wont find in your reference books. The tin is in very nice condition as can be seen in the photographs. The Japanese made a range of needle tins which were branded after famous composers including Beethoven, Schubert and Bach. German composers were popular subjects for Japanese needle tins which is completely understandable given that these needles bought their music to life in homes all over the country. These dont come up too often and this is the only variation known. The dimensions of this tin are: 4.5 cm (w) 3 cm (h) 1 cm (d).
